This coffee tasting lab will be all about coffee appreciation.
There will be 3 different types of coffee beans - 1 blend and 2 singles (2 different processing methods).
We will be brewing them with 4 techniques - v60 (pourover), clever dripper (immersion), aeropress (hand pressure immersion) and espresso.
On the espresso we will be tasting the difference between an over extraction/under extraction, over dosing/under dosing and different espresso recipes.
Bonus we will be tasting the magic of milk and what it does to a coffee with its fatty goodness. Sorry vegans it has to be moo milk!
